Raquel Gomes is the co-founder and CEO of Stafi, a company helping law firms build stronger teams, scale their practices, and create more freedom for the people leading them.
Originally from Brazil, Raquel is a licensed psychologist with an MBA in International Business. She began her career in sales and went on to build a successful career in the high-tech industry, where she held executive leadership roles and developed a deep understanding of business growth, people, and team building.
Today, Raquel is also a Forbes Business Council member and a recognized voice on leadership, delegation, remote teams, and sustainable business growth. Through her work, speaking engagements, and writing, she encourages leaders to stop measuring success by how much they can personally handle and instead build businesses that give them the freedom to focus on what matters most.
