Raquel Gomes is the Co-Founder and CEO of Stafi, a company that helps law firm owners grow their practices without sacrificing their personal lives. With a background in psychology and an MBA in International Business, Raquel climbed the corporate ladder in the high-tech industry before founding Stafi.
After hitting a breaking point trying to balance a demanding career and family life, she created Stafi to offer law firms top-tier virtual staffing from Latin America, combined with hands-on support to ensure law firms can scale efficiently while maintaining balance.

With over 20 years of experience in global sales and business development, Demetrio has held leadership roles at top companies where he managed teams of over 200 and drove millions in revenue.
At Stafi, he focuses on integrating AI-driven systems to help law firms streamline operations and boost productivity. Today, he’s here to share his insights on scaling businesses, team management, and the power of delegation.
